Mobile intercom quickstart

Resident

Section titled “Resident”
  1. Install OpenApp Intercom on openapp.house/mobile (or your operator’s invite link).
  2. Sign in with the same account you use for the dashboard. The app opens the system browser, then returns to Home.

  1. On Home, confirm you see apartments that receive calls and any doors you can open.

  1. Allow notifications. On iOS, allow VoIP / critical alerts if prompted.
  2. Have someone start a test call from the building portal. You should see the native incoming call screen, then connect in-app.

Account (theme, language, sign out) is the third tab.

Guest

Section titled “Guest”
  1. Open the invite link or scan the QR. If the app is installed, Home shows the invitation.

  1. Tap Open, then Open on the door screen when you are at the entry.

  1. Visitors who need the lobby directory still use the portal URL in a browser. The production app does not place visitor directory calls.
