Mobile intercom quickstart
Resident
Section titled “Resident”- Install OpenApp Intercom on openapp.house/mobile (or your operator’s invite link).
- Sign in with the same account you use for the dashboard.
- In My apartments, confirm you have an apartment that receives calls from the building directory.
- Ensure notifications are allowed and, on iOS, VoIP / critical alert permissions if prompted.
- Have someone start a test call from the building portal. You should see the native incoming call screen, then connect in-app.
- Open the portal URL or scan the QR (installs the app if Universal / App Links are configured).
- Pick an apartment in the directory and place a voice or video call.
