Mobile intercom quickstart

  1. Install OpenApp Intercom on openapp.house/mobile (or your operator’s invite link).
  2. Sign in with the same account you use for the dashboard.
  3. In My apartments, confirm you have an apartment that receives calls from the building directory.
  4. Ensure notifications are allowed and, on iOS, VoIP / critical alert permissions if prompted.
  5. Have someone start a test call from the building portal. You should see the native incoming call screen, then connect in-app.
  1. Open the portal URL or scan the QR (installs the app if Universal / App Links are configured).
  2. Pick an apartment in the directory and place a voice or video call.
